The Big Brew Day was reported to be a success and attended by some new members, including Gabe & Faith Zittlow as well as Patrick who came in from Shawano for the event.

The Manty Malters were e-mailed concerning the Titeltown Open & the Wine Contest, but we haven’t heard back from them.

Tom is going to contact the National Railroad Museum and request a notice larger than the 3 week notice we got this year, so that we can participate in their Ales & Rails Festival.

Duck Creek Winery is interested in brewing with the Rackers. As there is no club brew on the schedule for July, perhaps the Rackers could participate in this some Saturday next Month. Al Hendricks will contact Duck Creek Winery to get more details on this.

Dan Rodgers noted that Heritage hill will be hosting “Hops on the Hill” August 4th. The Rackers have participated in the past & could participate again this year if interested.

The Rackers picnic will not be held in July, but early August is a possibility.

A question was asked about updating club name tags to include our new members. A template needs to be forwarded to the Secretary for this to happen.

Tom announced that House of Homebrew is looking for help in their store. Anyone with brewing experience is encouraged to contact them. The store will also be running a “Dads & Grads sale.

Dues were collected before today’s meeting. Also, there are dues at House of Homebrew that still need to be collected.

The next business meeting is on August 6th.
