Brewing Terms: Definitions of commonly-used brewing terms.

The Association of Brewers (AOB): A non-profit organization encompassing the American Homebrewers Association (AHA), the Institute for Brewing Studies (IBS), and Brewers Publications. They also run the Great American Beer Festival (GABF). The Rackers are an AHA-affiliated club.
BJCP Style Guidelines: These are the official guidelines used for judging the Titletown Open as well as most, if not all, of the other competitions in the U.S.
Glenn Tinseth’s Hop Page: Everything you ever cared to know about hops and more.
Skotrat’s Yeast Specs: Scott Abene has put up specs for just about every yeast strain known to man on the his website. While you’re there, check out the whole “Beer Slut” website!

Titletown Brewing Co.: This brewpub is located in the old train depot on the west side of the Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge (which actually works occasionally).
Hinterland: Hinterland brewery, restaurant, and lounge offer a West Coast menu on the west coast of the Fox.
Fox River Brewing Co.: Two locations: one in Oshkosh and the other at the Fox River Mall in Appleton.
